Gauss Screen

A gauss screen generates an invisible barrier that protects the wearer from electrical attacks (Electrostunner, Electric Sword, Shock Gloves, Stunstick). The screen drains 2 SEU every time it absorbs an attack. There is a quick flash of light when the screen is hit. As long as the power holds out, a being wearing a gauss screen is immune to electrical attacks.
